Almost protectively
Attempting to still your shivering frame…
Your eyes roll back
Your jaw drops
And a soft sob escapes the delicate confines of your throat.

Reality dissolves into static
We are alone in that moment
Totally alone
Time seizes
Sound is silent
And I see you
In all your purest form
Your eyes completely dark
With desire, with urgent urge. . .

My soul
Your soul
Reflecting
Merging
In that moment
We complete each other.

We stay there
In that alternate reality
Moving but not moving…
Breathing but not breathing…
Existing as one
Exploring the mundane landscapes of body
And the arcane mysteries of soul
Swimming through still waters
Stroke after stroke

Stroke. . . after. . . stroke

Your silent moans
Turn into strained sobs
Your eyes half closed
You’re in a trance

Stroke. . . after. . . stroke

Your body is slowly tightening
As you surrender to the tremors
Building up
From the base of your spine

Stroke. . .  after. . .  stroke

Riding the waves
Riding the rhythm
Riding. . .
No control, no restraint

Till the last stroke. . .
We arrive at the same time
The astounding synchrony
The perfect goal
Two souls becoming whole
Simultaneously.

Everything descends into chaos
Your high pitched scream
Shattering all paradigms of logic. . .
Roughly dragging you closer,
Your skin melting against mine,
I whisper against your ultra-sensitive earlobe
Three words
Three words tinged with intense passion
“I. . . love you”

Needle-sharp words that pierce through
Your death-deep coma….
You try to reply
But mind is totally empty
Instead your teeth dig deep
Into my shoulder
And you start sobbing
Violently.

I wait calmly
For the tremors and sobs to subside
Cuddling you
Then we rediscover
This same bond
This same love
Again

And again

And . . . again.
